Safety Agreement

There is a minimum age of 18 years old for anyone who is going to wear any/all of the rented mascot costume pieces.
Any person with a history of back or neck problems are not recommended to wear the mascot costume.
Any person with skin sensitivity are not recommended to wear the mascot costume.an minimum operating age of 18 years
An adult must closely and safely chaperone the mascot at all times.
There are to be no smoking of any kind, open flames, or barbeques within 5 feet of the mascot at ALL times.
There are to be no food or drinks to be consumed by the person wearing the mascot costume.
There is to be no face paints to be used near the mascot costume or be worn by the person in the mascot costume.
An adult must be present at all times in order to supervise any children that are in the vicinity of the mascot costume.
The mascot costume must be kept away from any type of water. This includes (but is not limited to) rain, hail, drizzle, humidity, swimming pools.

In the event of in climate weather, the mascot costume is to be protected by over head cover. This includes (but is not limited to) moving the outdoor party indoors or under a shelter.
Dream Makers will not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to any persons who are exposed to or in the vicinity of the mascot costume.

Upon agreeing to these terms and conditions, payment must be paid in full to Dream Makers Costume Rentals (unless otherwise specified). In the event of cancellation, if the cancellation is made more than 14 days of the scheduled time/date, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is made between than 48 hours to 13 days prior to the date/time of the rental/purchase, another date will be arranged that is convenient for both the renter/purchaser and Dream Makers Costume Rentals. This agreed upon date must be within the next 12 months from the original date of the rental/purchase. A credit will be issued from the original date of rental/purchase and used toward the payment of the rescheduled agreed upon date. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours of the set rental date/time, 100% of the payment will be forfeited from the renter/purchaser to Dream Makers Costume Rental.
A $100 deposit is required upon pick-up/deliver in the form of credit card or cash. If the deposit is made by credit card, please expect a 6-10 day waiting period for the return to be processed. The deposit is 100% refundable upon return of the costume. Once the costume is inspected for any damage and to ensure it is returned in the same condition as it was rented out it, the deposit will be returned. The deposit will be returned unless there is/are a fee(s) charged due to any damage that was incurred from the renter/purchaser of the costume. The deposit is due upon pick up or delivery of the costume before the costume will be released.

The terms and conditions in this contract will be enforced by Dream Makers Costume Rentals and any legal fees that may incur from enforcing these terms and conditions will be assumed by the renter/purchaser.
